· Summary: Program Leader for a complex business transformation program (‘AZFIRST’) comprising of around 30
resources onsite and around 125 offshore. The scope of the program includes reengineering AR/BI/GL modules
of Peoplesoft ERP from a prior release to latest release (v9.1) and implementation of 12 additional
Financials/SCM modules of Peoplesoft.
· Developed and managed the work breakdown structure (WBS) of AZFIRST program. Managed project execution
to ensure adherence to budget, schedule and scope. Prepared project status reports by collecting, analyzing and
summarizing information and trends. Assigned duties, responsibilities and authority to project personnel.
· Coordinated the recruitment and selection of project personnel.
· Developed implementation plans that include Net Present Value (NPV) analysis.
· As a Program Director, mentored Project Managers to direct/coordinate activities of project personnel.

· AR/Billing: Facilitated, moderated discussions surrounding customer contract and billing interfaces between the
SME’s and the Functional Analysts. Specifically, ALLDATA (a BU of AutoZone) had a requirement to continue to
use their Web ordering system to create new customers and customer contracts which interfaced with
Peoplesoft customer master and contracts module. Facilitated requirements gathering for implementing
condition monitor.
· Developed/reviewed functional design documents, converted historical data from AutoZone’s mainframe system
into Peoplesoft AP. Conversion included open vouchers, and active vendors. As a related activity, conversion
included all SCM related open purchase orders, quantity on hand of inventory items, and inventory item master.
· Interfaced AP with Buzon, a 3rd party XML invoice provider. Mexican invoices were routed through EDI batch
interface from Buzon. As an exception, urgent XML invoices were sent as an attachment to email, and a process
was designed using JavaScript to extricate these attachments and load it to the voucher staging tables from
where a voucher load process created open vouchers.
· Interfaced positive pay and EFT files from Peoplesoft to First Tennessee Bank (AutoZone’s banker). Statements
were received from the bank that were loaded into Peoplesoft for bank statement automatic reconciliation
· Reengineered current grouping of payment processing in the mainframe to determine the new paygroups that
need to be setup in Peoplesoft for automated execution of pay cycle manager process.
· Reengineered the home grown imaging application that worked with legacy AP to Documentum (AutoZone’s
new enterprise document management solution). Peoplesoft AP was configured to work with Documentum.
Users clicked on hyperlinks in AP pages that took them to related scanned images of vendor invoices to map with
Peoplesoft vouchers.
· Developed a PO requisition approval workflow process based on the requisition amount. Different amount
ranges needed different levels of approval.
· Facilitated, moderated discussions surrounding customer contract and billing interfaces between the SME’s and
the Functional Analysts. Specifically, ALLDATA (a BU of AutoZone) had a requirement to continue to use their

new hires through the on-boarding process. Performed interim and annual reviews of direct reports for PBIT

· Worked extensively with The Hackett Group on a $5.4M reengineering project titled ‘FUSION’. A set of 350 pain
points were identified and addressed through the multi-phased project. Facilitated several discussions and
meetings between business users and The Hackett Group to modify the interfaces between COMPASS (a BPM
tool that was used for project execution and control) and Peoplesoft PC/CA/BI modules.
· Bank interfaces with JP Morgan Chase for US Business Units and Bank of America for the UK business unit. The
APAC division processed their payables through Australia and the Peoplesoft system interfaced with Marquarie.
Assisted the Treasurer in consolidating bank account in order to improve effectiveness in handling free cash.
· Applied patches for 2011 processing of 1099 vendors. Implemented ePro, a de-centralized buyer portal using
which anyone in the company could place an order using online catalogs stored within ePro.

forecast stock option value, price points of Boeing stock in the open market and net cash flow impact due to

· Tax Extract: Led this project t for the Corporate Tax department to convert tax reporting processes from a 3rd
party COTS to Boeing’s standard EFC global consolidation system. [6-month project – 8 person team]
· Quality & Compliance: Developed an EFC initiative level peer review. Worked with internal audit and
Deloitte SOX auditors as EFC’s primary SOX control performer, and led the EFC group to pass design
effectiveness & operation effectiveness audits successfully during 2007 - 2008. Coordinated an EFC effort to
clone an EAS technical performance measure (TPM) reporting utility for EFC’s internal use and FT-PMO
